All items will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days. Do ensure that you provide the correct mailing address to avoid delays.

Delays in international shipments to and from Singapore

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations.

Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in substantial delay, even as we work round the clock with our partner airlines and posts. Please refer to your local post office for more information and updates.

All international orders will take 6-21 working days to reach you. Incomplete addresses, weather conditions or any custom clearance might cause delays.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Tracking number will take some time before it is made available for tracking, which varies with different countries.
